The reunion

To say I have been busy late last year would be an understatement. Till mid December I was preparing for the big reunion of my husband's family. One day was spent on this farm, (where they grew up) so we have been preparing for it for a long time. Then after the gathering I expected life would return to normal. Only to find out we had to fight the worst flu we have ever had in the house for several weeks. Thankfully we are better and life is normal again.
Here are a few photos of that grand time we had together.

A great craft where people got to paint a tile. This will go up in Grandparents' new home and will be a wonderful project to enjoy for a long time to come yet.

 Three best friends and cousins.

A little lady that got totally exhausted during photo shooting time!

Here she is a little brighter, home on our farm again.

We ordered a turkey dinner with all the trimmings. It was a wonderful meal. (I learned that poinsettias don't like to be picked and put in a vase.)

The best thing on the farm was the hay ride to the river. The family farm is close to the river, and the family often went swimming.

We had all sorts of fun!

After the farm day came beach day. This little girlie had lots of fun discovering sand.

Thank you to all family for making it special and fun!
